I’ve stayed here twice when visiting Salem and Boston. Perfect location. Rooms are clean, bed is comfy and breakfast is included.
Needed a cheap place to stay for a few nights while having some work done in our house. It was better than we expected, actually quite nice! Very friendly staff, very clean room, plenty of towels, very comfortable bed, good work space. Plenty of free parking. Room included fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Included breakfast with limited, but tasty, selection: pre-made omelets, bagels, waffles, bacon or sausage, hot & cold cereal, fruit, juice, yogurt, etc. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate in lobby - not sure if 24 hour, but seemed to always be available.
Convenient location if going to surrounding towns between Boston and Beverly. Reasonably priced with breakfast. Main site said there was a business center but there isn't one. Front desk was kind enough to help. Rooms serve the purpose of rest, but consider asking for a none connecting room as sound can carry.
I still give the hotel 4 stars because it fit my needs for 1 night and the bed and linens were really comfy. It's definitely a bit out dated and my key card malfunctioned, as seen in someone else's review, and the walls are thin, but I fell asleep quickly and the location and price were good for me. Breakfast was also decent!
A bit hard not to miss the turn to get in to the hotel but a phenomenal service otherwise. Great rooms, a top notch breakfast and pool, reasonable pricing, and only a 15 minute drive from downtown Salem. Would highly recommend
The room was so incredibly comfortable, the amenities were fantastic and the location is right near several amazing restaurants not to mention being only 20 minutes from Salem and 30 minutes from Boston. The staff are so kind and caring, making you feel right at home always. I look forward to staying with them again and highly recommend this location.
Great Hampton Inn. I travel for work and have stayed here for 2 weeks. Rooms are clean, staff are helpful, breakfast is nice and hot. I have not tried the pool but it looks nice - smells clean if you know what I mean. They also have 3 spots to charge electric cars.
